From the headquarters support-staff to the most highly experienced field crews, Highline requires that all workers utilize safe practices and keeps safety at the forefront of each-and-every work day. Starting at every new hire orientation, our safety division works every day to teach practices and processes that encourage an ongoing safe environment. Constant teaching on every week, month and year we operate allows workers to continue learning from the most up-to-date guidelines and recommendations on how to remain safe in their place of work. These methods have produced a safety-culture that is second-to-none in the heavy lifting, erection, and rigging trades.
